Geng Chen

I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania, advised by Prof. Lingjie Liu. Before joining Penn, I was an M.S. student at UC San Diego working with Prof. Xiaolong Wang, and a research assistant with Prof. Yang Gao at Tsinghua University. During my undergraduate studies, I conducted research at Shanghai Jiao Tong University with Prof. Yunbo Wang and at Stanford University with Prof. Jiajun Wu.

My long-term goal is to build embodied generalist agents that can acquire skills continually and adaptively and compose the learned skills to solve complicated long-horizon tasks. Towards this goal, I'm doing research at the intersection of robotics, computer vision, and machine learning. Recently, I'm interested in (humanoid) manipulation, learning from humans, and robot foundation models.
